    I am a Florida resident wanting to schedule a stay over the Christmas holiday and was wondering when the release of the resort discount for residents for fall will occur.

    Disney's official Special Offers webpage is the best place to find out about promotions. Mickey and his friends offer promotions on Disney hotel stays, theme park tickets and even Disney Dining Plans all the time! These offers update every couple of months, so you will want to refresh the webpage often. I would start to look for Holiday offers this summer. 

    The Disney Parks Blog is also a great place to find out about promotions and happenings at Disney theme parks worldwide. It's a great planning resource!
