Can a Florida resident purchase a 2 day ticket for a non-Florida resident kid?

    chEARs Lee,

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel. It sounds like you are about to win Disney Friend of the Year Award when you purchase a Walt Disney World ticket for a little one!

One of the best advantages of living close to the Mouse is the fantastic discounts to be had on Disney Theme Park tickets, and I love that you want to take advantage of that. Tickets can be purchased in person at any of the four theme park ticket windows or online and then picked up at will call. Only adults over the age of 18 need proof of residency, so you can purchase a ticket for the non-resident kiddo, but if you have non-resident adults in the party, you will not be able to buy tickets for them.

While your friends are visiting, I think a fabulous place to play BIG is Toy Story Land at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. The adults will love the “vintage” toys, and everyone can get in on the fun on Slinky Dog Dash and at Toy Story Mania! I say whoever “wins” treats everyone to breakfast at Disney Junior Play ’n Dine, where the little one can meet their favorite Disney Junior pals, and everyone can enjoy some delicious Mickey waffles!

Lee, if you have any other questions, please don’t hesitate to come back. I hope you enjoy playing BIG on your upcoming visit!
