    florida resident proof of residence

Hey there! Hi there, Daniela! A long weekend and Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets at special rates for Florida residents are a magical combination.

Before scanning in to enter a theme park, you will need to stop by Guest Relations to verify your residency. You can show them your Florida residential address on a valid Florida driver’s license, a Florida-issued ID card, or a Florida-based military ID.

If you do not have one of these, you have a few options to show your residency. Each of these must be dated within the past two months, must list a residential address (no P.O. boxes) and must be presented with government-issued photo identification:

    • A monthly mortgage statement
    • A bill, such as a current homeowner or automobile insurance policy, or utilities
    • Mail from financial institutions or government agencies
If your travel plans allow, one tip is to stop by the Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs the night before your day in a theme park. This can save you time when you are ready to go, go, go! on the first full day of your trip.

Daniela, I hope this helps and you have a weekend sprinkled with Pixie Dust and magic! Please come see us again at planDisney with any other questions. You have a friend in us!
