Can I, as a Florida resident, pick my Family’s park tickets at Springs? This includes my husband and three kids 4 years and younger.

Hi Maria, welcome to planDisney! Thank you for visiting us with your question! And how awesome that you get to live in the Sunshine State and so close to the magic that is Walt Disney World Resort! It is currently 38 degrees Fahrenheit here in New York so I am envious of all Florida residents!

Maria, as you know Florida Residents save on Disney Theme Park Tickets! And yes, you can head to the Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs to pick up your Walt Disney World Theme Park Tickets. When picking up the tickets you will need to show ID for your proof of Florida residency.

Another option is to verify your Florida residency online, which is a convenient way to bypass the ticket center and go directly to the parks! On the purchase your theme park tickets webpage, fill out the “Your Florida Resident Information” form during the checkout process. This can also be done in the My Disney Experience app. This can be done during the “Customize Your Tickets” step of the checkout process.

I hope this information helps you prepare for an exciting visit to the Walt Disney World Resort, Maria! Thank you again for visiting planDisney!
