Hiya, Corinna, and welcome to planDisney.
Let me be the first to welcome you and your wife to the Walt Disney World Resort Annual Passholder family! It’s the best feeling in the world to hop over to The Most Magical Place on Earth at a moment’s notice. Those big character hugs and endless DOLE Whips await you!
For both Florida resident theme park tickets and
annual passes, you both need to
prove Florida residency. You are good to go with your Florida driver’s license (or state-issued ID card or military ID with a Florida address). But if your wife doesn’t have any of those, she will need another photo ID along with one of the following Florida-addressed items dated within the last two months:
-Mortgage payment
-Homeowner's insurance policy or bill
-Automobile registration, insurance policy, or bill
-Utility bill (power, water, cable, or phone)
-Mail from financial institutions or government agencies
Keep in mind that P.O. Boxes are not accepted as proof of residency. Once you’ve gathered your documents, you can provide those to the friendly Cast Member at Guest Relations or the ticket window at one of the four theme parks or at the Ticket Center at
Disney Springs. If you have a Florida-issued ID, then you’ll be able to bypass going in-person and you can be verified online.
Corinna, if you have any additional Disney vacation planning questions or if you need suggestions about how to maximize your annual pass, please revisit us here at planDisney.
I’m all ears! Magic always,
LeAndra
