I am a Florida resident and I’m booking a vacation with my out of state family. Can I take advantage of the current rooms discount even though I’m the only FL resident in my party (only one room)? Or do all adults need to show proof of residency?

There's nothing like staying in the middle of the magic, Lyndsay!

Welcome to planDisney, and thanks for stopping by with your question for us.

As a resident of The Sunshine State, you must be so excited to be close neighbors with Mickey Mouse. I love that you're planning a trip with your visiting family! Making lifelong memories together at The Most Magical Place on Earth will be so magical!

Lyndsay, I'm happy to tell you that you can indeed take advantage of the current room discount for Florida residents. Not all adults will need proof of residency, as long as you're there and can show yours.

Your family is going to love staying at a Disney Resorts Collection hotel! Whenever my family leaves the theme parks, we never feel like we're leaving the magic because Disney Resort hotels are extraordinary and magical in their own ways. Being able to take advantage of Early Theme Park Entry, complimentary transportation to and from the parks, and being able to make your dining reservations for your entire vacation 60 days before your arrival are just some of the reasons we always choose to stay onsite!

Wishing you and your family an enchanting visit, Lyndsay!
