Hello Kim!
Welcome to planDisney! It is so wonderful that more people are traveling again, and that we are able to visit and spend time with family. I wish I had relatives to visit in the Orlando area, it would give me an excuse to visit the Walt Disney World Resort even more often!
As a
Disney Vacation Club Member, I can tell you we do receive very
exciting benefits and perks, but unfortunately, the Epcot after 4 PM Pass is not one of them. Disney Vacation Club Members are eligible for the same Gold Annual Pass that Florida Residents can purchase. Although new Annual Pass sales have been paused, renewals are still available.
If a visit to Epcot isn't going to work out, I would recommend making
Advance Dining Reservations at some of the amazing dining locations that are not inside a theme park.
Ale & Compass Restaurant at Disney's Yacht Club is an excellent choice, or you could consider
Topolino's Terrace at Disney's Rivera Resort. I hear the views from this location are gorgeous! Did you know that "Topolino" is Mickey's name in Italy? Other popular locations might be
Sanaa at Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas - Kidani Village,
Olivia's Cafe at Disney's Old Key West Resort (try the Southernmost Buttermilk Chicken!), or for a very special dinner,
California Grill is a personal favorite. I hope one of these suggestions might work for you, and that you and your family enjoy your time together during their stay.
Wishing you a magical visit!
Kate
