Hi Don!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I just renewed my
Walt Disney World Annual Pass using Disney Gift Cards, so yes, that is an available payment option. You are limited in the number of payment methods you can use at one time, so you should combine multiple smaller value cards into larger denominations on the
Disney Gift Card Website. Cards can be combined onto one card up to $1,000.
You also mention your current pass has expired. If you are within 30 days of that expiration, you will be able to renew your Annual Pass at the discounted renewal rate. If it has been more than 30 days, however, you will have to purchase a new Annual Pass. If you are within that 30-day window, make sure you get it renewed quickly to lock-in that savings! If you will be paying for your Annual Passes in full, and that 30-day window is closing soon, you can
renew online in advance, then pick-up your Annual Passes later in person. If you will be using the Monthly Payment Program for Florida Residents, however, that would have to be done in person. Don’t forget to bring
proof of residency!You can absolutely
renew your Walt Disney World Annual Passes at Guest Services at Disney Springs, in addition to Theme Park Guest Relations and ticket windows. Parking is complimentary at Disney Springs, so this would avoid those pesky parking fees. I would probably make a day of it and plan a nice lunch after my renewing my Annual Pass. Take advantage of some of the
dining discounts for Annual Passholders! How about 10% off at Earl of Sandwich or The Polite Pig? For something special enjoy 10% off at The Boathouse. Maybe just a snack? Enjoy 10% off at Wetzel’s Pretzels, where you can get a cinnamon sugar pretzel that is amazing! My kids have voted it the #1 Pretzel EVER.
I hope this helps, Don! Wishing you a full year of Magic with your Walt Disney World Annual Pass!
