Welcome to planDisney, Patsy!
I know you must be so very excited about celebrating
The World’s Most Magical Celebration beginning October 1, 2021! Walt Disney World Resort will be in full magic mode as it prepares to kick off the 18-month long event across all four theme parks. I’m so very excited about
Disney Enchantment, the all-new fireworks spectacular extravaganza that will not only light up the sky but also Main Street, U.S.A., with immersive projection effects!
Patsy, I went through the exact same thing. As an Annual Passholder with hotel reservations and theme park tickets purchased, I have a lot going on in my account, so sometimes, when I, too, try and make my Park Pass reservations, the system gets confused. Sometimes it works when I keep reloading the screen, and sometimes it works better when I try making the reservation through my phone. I do this by opening up the My Disney Experience Mobile app, tapping the “+” on the bottom middle of the screen, and clicking “Make a Park Reservation.”
I have noticed that sometimes
new reservations open up for Magic Kingdom Park for October 1st, and when they do, they don’t last long. So in case you see new
Disney Park Pass reservations open up, I would recommend you do what I did: Chat with a Cast Member through your My Disney Experience Mobile app. They’re able to look into your account and choose the specific ticket type, whether it be your Annual Pass or theme park ticket, and then help you make the park pass reservation, subject to availability.
To chat with a Cast Member through your
My Disney Experience Mobile app, open up your app and tap the three horizontal lines on the bottom right of the screen. Then, scroll down until you see the “Chat With Us” icon and select it. You’ll soon be connected to a friendly Cast Member who will be happy to help you!
I am keeping my fingers crossed you are able to snag park passes for the 1st of October, Patsy! Sending lots of pixie-dust and magic your way!
