Hey Mark!
Welcome back to the Disney Parks Mom Panel! Thank you for bringing us your questions.
The
holiday season is just the most magical time of year at Walt Disney World. The dates for
Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party (MVMCP) are historically released in the beginning of May. Last year the dates were released and tickets went on sale on May 8. Keep an eye out on the
Disney Parks Blog for the release of those dates.
Visiing the Fairy Godmothers-In-Training at
Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique prior to MVMCP is a great idea. Park passes on days when MVMCP is held at the Magic Kingdom are unique. Guests with regular park passes are allowed to stay in the park until 7:00 p.m. Conversely, guest who only have MVMCP tickets, and not regular park passes, have historically been allowed to enter the park after 4:00 p.m. Therefore, if you are planning on visiting the Magic Kingdom for the entire day with a combination of park passes and MVMCP tickets then you will be able to visit the boutique any time that day. If you are only attending MVMCP then you will have to make your reservation after 4:00 p.m.
I hope this helps with your planning. If you have any other questions please come back and see me.
Wishing you a magical vacation and a pixie-dusted day!
