Hi Linda,
Thanks for visiting planDisney. I'm so sorry to hear your flights to The Most Magical Place on Earth were cancelled. We've had some pretty wild weather move through my area in North Carolina today, and while I'm always glad to be safe, I know it's frustrating when travel doesn't go according to plan. If you are unable to reschedule your flights, you may be able to
modify the dates for your unused tickets.
My son and I have an upcoming visit, so I just walked through the process to modify his ticket date. Log in
to your My Disney Experience Account online, scroll down to "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets," and select the option for "Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker" next to "Daily Itinerary." If your tickets are eligible for modifications, you should see a blue link to "Change Ticket" for each guest in your party. Click that link, then follow the prompts to change the date, length of admission, or upgrade your ticket type. Keep in mind that you'll be responsible for any additional costs if your new date or ticket type is more expensive than your original plan, though refunds are not available if your new ticket is lower in price.
If you are unable to do this online, I recommend
reaching out to a Cast Member by phone for assistance. They should be able to help get your new visit scheduled or clarify details/restrictions for your specific ticket type.
Linda, I hope you can get this adjusted and safely travel to Walt Disney World Resort without any further stress or delay. If we can answer any questions in the meantime, please don't hesitate to come back and let us know.
Magic and memories,
Amy
