Ahoy, William!
Welcome aboard the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Your cruise countdown is now under a month, so I know how excited your crew must be to board the
Disney Fantasy. I just recently returned from a magical week on this stunning vessel and can't wait until it's time to cruise on her again. There's so much to do on this ship you'll enjoy having an entire week to experience as much as can. Seven days is also the perfect amount of time to relax and let the fantastic Cast & Crew spoil and pamper you from the moment you board!
William, disembarkation day is never easy because your Disney ship will feel like home when it's time to leave. It's never "Goodbye" but "Sea Ya Real Soon" when you bid farewell to the Cast & Crew. Disney Cruise Line always recommends flights departing the Orlando International Airport no earlier than 11:25 a.m. You should not have a problem making your 12:30 p.m. flight even with the travel time to the airport from
Port Canaveral. If you've reserved
Disney Cruise Line ground transportation, the motor coach buses will run continuously throughout the morning hours once the ship is cleared. Although your itinerary has the ship docking at 7:30 a.m., this is usually the time Guests begin the disembarkation process as the ship typically arrives back at the cruise terminal a bit earlier.
I hope you have the most epic time on your
Star Wars Day at Sea sailing, William! My family experienced this voyage a few yEARs ago, and it was out-of-this-world! It was so cool to see the ship's galactic transformation and enjoy all the immersive activities and events. I was blown away by everything but especially the Star Wars-themed horns, the Character interactions, the fireworks spectacular, and the stellar dining menu that evening!
William, if you have any additional questions, please let us know. It was a pleasure helping with your magical plans!
