Our flight from MCO leaves at 8:30pm on Nov. 19th. and we have to check out of the room by 11am. Will we still be able to swim at the resorts and hang out until our flight and eat? What can we do with all of our luggage until we leave for the airport?

Hi Angela!  Thank you for bringing your question to us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

Just like you, I always try to take the latest flight possible on my departure day.  I want to enjoy every last minute of my Walt Disney World Resort vacation.  With our long winters here in the Midwest, I need to soak up as much of the Sunshine State as I can!

Guests are absolutely allowed to enjoy the amenities of their Disney Resort Hotel on their check-out day.  My family often enjoys brunch or lunch and some pool time before heading back to the airport.  Bell Services can hold your luggage for you after you have checked out of your room so you can enjoy the rest of your departure day.

If you are flying on a participating airline, you can even check your bags through to the airport right from your Disney Resort Hotel at the Resort Airline Check-In desk.  This service is so convenient.  I love not needing to worry about schlepping my bags to the airport.  If you have any carry-on bags, Bell Services will hold them until it is time to depart.

I hope that helps!  If you have any additional questions, please stop by the Moms Panel again anytime.

    Have a wonderful visit!
