Hi there, Kolleen!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I’m glad you stopped by with your question.
You are going to love
Disney’s Pop Century Resort! When I first walked into the lobby, I couldn’t help but wander around looking at the shadow boxes on the walls. They have items from the 1950’s to the 1990’s, and I’ll tell you, I could stay there a while because it took me down memory lane! I adore the nostalgic feel of the Resort hotel!
Like you, I like to get to
Walt Disney World Resort as early as possible so I can enjoy as much time as I can at The Most Magical Place on Earth! One of the wonderful things about staying at a Walt Disney World
Resort hotel is you don’t have to worry about your luggage, even if your room isn’t ready. Just head on over to Bell Services, and they will keep your bags stored for you! You’ll be free to shop and dine at
Disney Springs! Once you’re ready to go back to your Resort hotel, you can either go to Bell Services and ask for your luggage, or go straight to your room and just call for the luggage to be delivered right to you!
I would encourage you to simplify your arrival by using
Online Resort Check-In! You can do this in advance through your
My Disney Experience app. Next to your upcoming reservation, you will see the option to check-in online. You will have to enter some information including preferred method of message delivery during your vacation (I choose text messaging because I’m always with my phone!), credit card information, Resort hotel arrival time, and any requests. When you arrive at Disney’s Pop Century, if you already have your
MagicBand, you can skip the front desk!
And Kolleen, have you heard? “There’s magic in the air,” with
Disney Skyliner! You can take the gondola in the sky from your Resort hotel to
Disney’s Hollywood Studios and
Epcot!
I hope you have the most enchanting trip, Kolleen!
Aena
