summer fun happening around Walt Disney World Resort this year!
Suzanne, when you stay at a hotel in the Disney Resorts Collection, you
unlock several great benefits, including Early Theme Park Entry, earlier booking windows for Lightning Lane passes and dining reservations, and complimentary resort transportation. Additionally, for arrivals between May 26 and September 8, 2026, you can enjoy
free water admission on your check-in day. This benefit is available only on your check-in date, so if you arrive later in the evening, you won't be able to use it on another day. If you'd still like to visit the water parks during your stay, you can always check availability to add the
Water Park and Sports Option or Park Hopper Plus Option to your theme park tickets. I had the chance to visit both
Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park and
Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park last week, and they were the perfect place to beat the heat!
During your trip, I hope you have the chance to check out some of the new and newly reimagined attractions throughout the parks. I particularly loved
Rock 'n' Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets. While you're in that part of Disney's Hollywood Studios, I'd also recommend stopping by
Disney Villains: Unfairly Ever After. Not only was the show very cute and entertaining, but the air-conditioned theater was a welcome break during our park day! If you have any little ones, I'd also suggest making plans to stop by GoofyCore at
CommuniCore Hall in EPCOT. Here, you'll find Goofy and Cast Members leading games, dancing, and plenty of fun that is perfect for kids!
