Our flight will bring us to the area around 9am. We would like to have our luggage held at our resort and spend the day at the park. How late can we pick up our luggage from the bell hop? Will they hold it until after the parks close?

    Heigh-Ho Elaine,

I always like to arrive as early as possible for the first day of my Walt Disney World vacation. Coming Home means so much to me and spending as much time exploring the Walt Disney World Resort is what makes my trip magical and memorable for me.

Upon arrival, to your Disney Resort Collection hotel, make your way to Bell Services where you can check your luggage and head off to start your day at Walt Disney World. If you used your My Disney Experience online check-in, you will be notified when your room is ready, what your room number is and where it is located by notifications through the app. Your MagicBand or My Disney Experience will unlock your room for you when you arrive Home. Bell Service is available 24hrs a day and you can either drop by on your way back and tell them to deliver it or head straight to your room and give them a call. Your wish is their command.

Your arrival date is but a few months away so stay up to date by following the Disney Parks Blog and check out our Instagram (@plandisneypanel) for more Disney Magic. We are excited to be Welcoming You Home very shortly and may your stay be filled with many magical and memorable moments.

Meet the Panelist: Amy, Virginia

I am a Dreamer who has always believed dreams are meant to be the path to your future. Walt Disney, I believe, felt the same way, "All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them." Disney has always been proof that endless imagination and the passion to make them come to fruition is possible. I will never be to old for Disney, it is home to all of us Dreamers.
