Hi! Our flight arrives in Orlando on a Fri. at 1:43 p.m. We're considering an early dinner at Chef Mickey's, then the Fantasmic at DHS at 8:00. Will we have time for all this? How early should we be at DHS for the show? Does it ever hit max capacity? Thx!

Hey Jennifer and wow you sound like me - hitting the ground ready to run!  However, I truly think you might have a little too much planned for that first evening.  If your flight arrives at almost 2 PM it could be 4:30 or 5 before you are actually in a park.  With that in mind, I personally think I would either select Chef Mickey or DHS, but I definitely would not try to do both that first evening.  My main reasoning behind this would be is you never know if the flight might be delayed, or check in might take a while and then how long it will actually take to get from the resort to your ADR.  Now with that said, I personally would not miss either of the two items you are planning.  Chef Mickey is one of our favorite character dining experiences and Fantasmic is a must do on my list.  So definitely try and plan for both but I would do CM on a night in which I was planning on being at MK or even possibly Epcot.
I hope this helps and that you all have wonderful WDW vacation.
