    Our flight arrives in Orlando at 10am, and we cannot check into Disney's Pop Century Resort until 3pm. Upon arrival at our resort, will the hotel hold our carry-on luggage so we can hit the parks that afternoon?

    Hi, Devin!  Go ahead and check in at Pop Century Resort when you arrive.  If by some chance, your room is available, they will give you your room key and you can unpack and get comfortable.  If your room is not ready, you can leave your luggage there, and they will give you a card to call back to get your room assignment.  They will give you your keys and everything when you check in, but you won't know your room number until the room is ready and you make that call later in the day.

    Enjoy the day in the theme parks, knowing the Mousekeepers are hard at work getting your room ready for you to come back and relax!
