    This is my first year possibly going to the Halloween party so I’m wondering, do we still have to purchase an admission ticket to California Adventure plus the ticket for the bash? What time would we have to leave the park if we don’t have a bash ticket?

    Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I'm delighted to hear you'll be visiting The Happiest Place on Earth at the most spooktacular time of the year!

    There will be so many new and exciting things to explore during Oogie Boogie Bash- A Disney Halloween Party! Guests with tickets to the special event are able to enter Disney California Adventure Park up to four hours before Oogie Boogie Bash begins. As the party begins at 6 PM, this means you can enter starting at 2 PM. If you'd like to enter before that time, you would need a park ticket as well. If you chose to visit Disney California Adventure Park on a regular ticket that day and do not purchase a ticket for Oogie Boogie Bash, you will need to be out of the park by the time the party officially kicks off at 6 PM. 

    Whether or not you decide to attend Oogie Boogie Bash- A Disney Halloween Party, I have to recommend that you check out  my favorite Halloween tradition, Haunted Mansion Holiday! Jack Skellington and the ghouls from A Nightmare Before Christmas have taken over for a frightfully good time. Please come back if we can help in any other way!
