For the first week in August, what days would you recommend to plan out 4 days at parks? We want to go to epcot, magic, hollywood and animal kingdom. Kids are 7 and 4...looking for best days to visit those parks.

    Hi Trisha!

How exciting that you are visiting Walt Disney World in August! If you are staying on site, I highly recommend that you plan the parks that you visit around the Extra Magic Hours. Check out the park hours calendar to scope out which parks have Extra Magic Hours and on what dates. For example, on August 1, Animal Kingdom has Extra Magic Hours from 8:00-9:00 a.m. Animal Kingdom is wonderful in the morning because the animals are more active in the early cool morning hours. You can hop straight on Kilimanjaro Safaris before the rest of the guests arrive.

You will also want to make sure to book your Advanced Dining Reservations (ADR) around the parks you are visiting for each date. On August 2, Epcot has Extra Magic Hours that evening from 9:00-11:00 p.m. so you can visit Epcot on that date and plan to eat at Le Cellier, which is a wonderful steakhouse located in the Canada section of the World Showcase.

I hope you have a magical vacation!

    Magically,
    Stacy
