First WDW for the family on 09-21 to 09-26 2009. Staying at Riverside, and requested Magnolia St. Did I make a good choice? I have DS 11 and DD 6. I want them to have the best time there! Anything better than Magnolia? Want to be close to bus stop too. TY!

    Hi Vincent,

I love Port Orleans Riverside it's my families favourite moderate hotel. The theming is beautiful, the pools and food court are great and the boat trip to Downtown Disney is so relaxing!

We've always stayed in the Mansion side of Port Orleans Riverside and have always been very happy. We've stayed in both Magnolia Terrace and Acadian House and we've loved both locations, not only are they close to the main pool, bus stop and food court but also close to a quiet pool. I'm sure you'll love that location but what I suggest you do is have a look at the website www.portorleans.org there you will find a map of the resort so you can decide which location will be best for your family. You must remember though that room requests are not guaranteed.

I see you asked another question about getting to restaurants from your resort, you didn't say which restaurants you needed to get to so if you'd like to ask again stating where you need to get to I can then help you. You can ask me directly via my profile page under "Meet the Moms"

    Have a great trip,

    Jo
