Its our first vist to DW this May, we booked 2 standard rooms at Pop Centrury since we are on a tight budget. My 84 year old mom is travelling with me. Which building should I request, so my mom will not walk too far to the bus stn or the eating area?

    Hi Analisa!

Congrats on your first trip to Walt Disney World! That is so awesome that you are traveling with your mother! It is wonderful when many generations can enjoy a family vacation together at the most magical place on earth.

You are also going to love Pop Century. Make sure you request a "preferred" room because the preferred rooms are closer to the main transportation hub and the food court, pools and amenities. Disney can't make a guarantee that you will receive a specific room or section of the resort, but you can make a request to be placed in either the '60s section of the resort in building closest to the "Classic Hall". Or the '50s section in building 1101-1472. Also ask for a ground level room.

Make sure to note in your reservation that you have a guest in your party with limited mobility and they will do everything they can to accommodate your request.

I hope you have a magical vacation! Please let me know if I can help you with anything else at all!

    Magically,
    Stacy
