    On our first visit to WDW, we stayed at the Beach Club Resort. Shampoo and Conditioner was provided in our room. Our next visit in July, we are staying at the Old Key West Resort. Does Old Key West Resort provide shampoo and conditioner for each room?

    Hi Lorie,

    Yes, you will find that soap, shampoo, and conditioner are supplied upon check-in at Old Key West. However, the replenishment schedule may be different from what you encountered at the Beach Club. 

    OKW is a Disney Vacation Club Villa resort. If you're staying there paying out of pocket (cash, credit card, etc.) then all will be the same as at the Beach Club - you'll get daily housekeeping service and new supplies every day. However, if you're paying with DVC points, then you'll only have your room serviced on days four (trash and towels) and eight (full cleaning) of your trip.

    So if you're paying with points (your own, borrowed, or rented) you may want to consider bringing your own supply of shampoo.
