I have my first visit to WDW planned for Feb 19. Really random question... will my tickets for the park automatically link themselves to the Disney Exoerience APP or do I have to do it manually? (My package is through Disney and I havedining res in app)

    Hi Malcolm,

How exciting that you'll be heading to the Walt Disney World Resort for the FIRST TIME in just a few months! I hope that you're counting down the days to all of the magic and fun that you'll experience! I'm so excited FOR you! I'd definitely encourage you to pick up a complimentary "My First Visit" button when you arrive, and don't be afraid to ask Cast Members for help. They're there to make sure that everything about your visit is amazing and are always happy to help!

Yes, if you've purchased your theme park tickets through Disney, your tickets should automagically show up in your My Disney Experience account. Hakuna Matata - no worries, though, if they haven't. You may link any tickets, hotel reservations, dining reservations, MagicBands, and more to your My Disney Experience account yourself if for some reason they're not showing up. To link your tickets, you'll simply need the Will Call Confirmation Number or Ticket ID. If for some reason you still have troubles, I'd encourage you to call (407) 939-4357, 0800 16 90 749 (UK), or 1800 812 677 (IE) and a Cast Member who specializes in My Disney Experience would be happy to help you.

Thanks so much for visiting us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Malcolm, and please let us know if there's anything else we can help you with as you're planning your trip. I hope that you have a truly magical vacation!
