This will be our first visit to DW. My husband insists on our trip be in July. We are a family of eight and we are planning on staying for six days. I am wondering what is the best dates in July to visit? Thank you.

Hi, Flower!  How exciting to be planning your first trip to Walt Disney World!

July is going to be a busy month at Walt Disney World, as many people visit the theme parks for their summer vacation.  I would say the crowd level is going to be pretty even throughout the month, with a bit of a surge for the July 4th holiday, when people love to go to the theme parks for the incredible fireworks.

If you want to avoid the Independence Day crowds, the rest of the month is going to be about the same with regard to crowds and weather.  It will be busy and hot,, but except for the holiday, the crowds should be the same whenever you go that month.

I hope you have an absolutely magical trip for your first visit to Walt Disney World!
