This is our first trip to WDW so excited! But overwhelmed already, I don't want to miss things like shows and parades ect. Can someone give me a two day itinerary to kind of follow please? Our vacation is March 1-March 6 2012. Thanks! Fantasia times?

Hi, Alyssa!  It's pretty tough to suggest an itinerary without knowing who will be traveling with you or what your park preferences are.  You also don't mention if you're a resort guest or staying off property, or if you'll be park hopping!  I'm assuming that you want to do one day at Disney's Hollywood Studios, so I'll use that as a day.  I'll give you the Magic Kingdom for another day, because that's my favorite park (okay, they're all my favorite!), and I can't imagine a trip to Walt Disney World without a stop there!

First, Fantasmic! is scheduled to take place at 7:00 PM on each night of your stay.  Disney's Hollywood Studios is scheduled for evening extra magic hours (bonus park time for resort guests) on March 5th, so I would probably avoid that night at the show.  I think those nights tend to be busier, and you may have to wait longer to get a seat for the show.

So here's the overview, until you write me back and give me more details of your upcoming vacation!

You can find the park calendars by visiting DISNEY PARK HOURS - then you can see when the extra magic hours are and when the parades and fireworks are scheduled.  If you haven't already made reservations, but you know where you want to eat, you should make those now so you don't miss out on any special dining experiences.  You can make those reservations by phoning 407-939-3463.

Personally, I like morning extra magic hours, I don't usually do the night time ones, and I try to be at the parks at rope drop - in and of itself, this is a lot of fun!

Send me some more specifics, and I'll hash out a better plan for you!
