Our first trip is planned for 03/10. We've narrowed it down to either Riverside or French Quarter. Our kids are 2, 5 and 7. Any suggestions? Also...what is the weater generally like at that time? Not sure if there will be much time spent int he pools.

Hello to a fellow Ontarian Krista! Given the ages of your kids, I would recommend the Port Orleans French Quarter. We were there at the same time last year at the kids swam every day, and even in the cooler evenings. Maybe it had something to do with the snow back home! The slide at the French Quarter is great for the younger kids.

That being said, one thing to consider is that rooms in the Alligator Bayoo section in the Port Orleans Riverside offer a trundle bed, which would comfortably sleep any of your children, and possibly make your nights more comfortable. The bonus of staying at either of the Port Orleans resorts is that guests are free to use amenities, including the pools, of either resort.

Write us back if you have any more questions. Have a magical vacation Krista!
