    Hello. We have our first trip booked to disney in November. I originally customized magic bands when we first booked trip, but now when I go on the website and in to the magic band option, it does not show them anymore. Why would this be??

    Thank you so much for visiting us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your great question about planning ahead for your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation!

    It sounds like you might be having a technical issue with the My Disney Experience site, so I recommend giving a call to the friendly Cast Members at 1(407)939-5277 to see if they can assist on their end to view those customized MagicBands for you!

    They will assist you to either view your previously customized MagicBands, or they will assist you to customize them now, so that you can have exactly the MagicBands that you hoped for!
