Hi, Sophie! The dining plan comes in a variety of shapes and sizes, so you can almost always find one that will suit the needs of your family. For my family, however, it has not made sense for us to purchase the plan. I have one child who is a very small eater, and I have had gastric bypass surgery, so I don't always eat much. The best plan we have found is to have breakfast in our room in the morning. We bring stuff from home or pick up a few things when we get there, and we have breakfast bars, cereal, bananas - the easy stuff. Not only does it allow us to save time, because the kids can eat while we get ready to leave, but it's a huge savings on the food budget.
My youngest daughter - the light eater - and I usually share a meal in the theme parks. Whether it's a salad at a counter service location or a full meal at a table service restaurant, there is always too much food for either her or I to eat on our own. I try to steer clear of the children's menu for my kids when I can, and because the dining plan has them ordering from the children's menu, that also makes it harder for my family to take advantage of.
You really have to weigh out how much you think you'll spend on food versus the cost of the dining plan. You can get a current look at menus and pricing at

Stroller rental is $15 per day for a single passenger stroller and $31 per day for a double passenger variety. There will also be a $100 credit card deposit required when you rent the stroller. If you plan to rent multiple days, you can get a length of stay rental that lowers the single stroller price to $13 per day - $27 for the double stroller.
