Heigh-Ho Terri,
Welcome to planDisney, we are a panel of Guests who love helping out other Guests with their curiouser and curiouser inquiries, when planning their Walt Disney World vacation. Want to know the best-not-so-scary roller coasters to ride or how to get from here to there? What can you do on a non-Park day or how much time should you dedicate when visiting Disney Springs? You have a Disney question, we have a Disney answer. Planning a Walt Disney World vacation can be a bit adventurous so feel free to reach out at any time for some magical guidance.
Let’s talk Walt Disney World tickets. If you cannot visit Walt Disney World, tickets are
non-refundable but can be applied towards another visit to any of the four Walt Disney World Theme parks at a later date. I recommend, if you have not already done so, creating a
My Disney Experience profile and linking your tickets. Here you will have access to them and can reference them easily and modify them. It is important to note Guests must make a
Disney Park Pass reservation to enter any of the four Walt Disney World Theme Parks. Guest can check the
Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar to check the dates they are interested in. Availability is limited and not guaranteed. You must make a Disney Park Pass reservation, just purchasing tickets does not guarantee admittance. Disney Park Pass reservation can also be modified and canceled through your My Disney Experience.
My one piece of advice is to create a My Disney Experience profile and definitely
download the mobile app. This is your Walt Disney World vacation hub. This pixie-dusted tool allows Guests to stay in control of their Resort reservation, purchase/modify/upgrade Walt Disney World tickets, create their
Disney MagicMobile digital pass, make an advanced table-service dining reservation, browse and make
mobile food and beverage orders, stay up to date on attractions wait times and that’s just a small tidbit of what it will do for you. Take the time and become comfortable navigating your My Disney Experience mobile app, it truly is a handy dandy tool.
I hope I have helped, Terri, and
feel free to reach out to me for any further assistance. Stay up to date with Disney News by following the

Have a Practically Perfect Day,
Amy M.
