First time visit @ WDW w/ my 4 yr old daughter, and we have ADR @ Akershus w/ the princesses @ 8PM and i know its a late reservation but it was all that was open, are we going to be able to enjoy our meal or will we be rushed and hurried out @ 830

Hi Kelly! Your little princess is going to love dining at Akershus! She'll be so excited to meet all her favorite princesses that I bet she won't even notice she's eating dinner a little later than usual. Just because you have one of the last seatings at Akershus doesn't mean that you'll be rushed through your meal. The serving times listed on the Disney website generally reflect the periods during which guests can make reservations and not the times that the restaurants shut down for the night. All the princesses will visit your table during your meal and you'll be welcome to stay as long as you like. I've always been impressed with how Disney buffets are constantly replenished even at the end of the night, and I expect that you'll find the same with the koldtbord at Akershus from which you can sample Norwegian salads, meats and cheeses while you wait for your meal to arrive. Many other guests will be arriving for dinner around the same time as you, and you'll have the same great experience as guests who dined earlier in the evening.

Wishing you a magical first time visit! Come see me again here at the Moms Panel if you have more questions! I'd love to help!
