For #1, you will want to wait until early July when the calendars are posted. Find out what parks have Extra Magic Hours, and any fireworks or parades you may want to catch. Then use that information to pick what park to go to on what day. If you are struggling with that step, I am glad to help. Just send me your dates, let me know if you are in a Disney resort, and give me some info on any kids and their ages. That helps me know how to share out time between the parks. Also let me know if you have the park hopper option, and any general info you think could help. I can also help with restaurants recommendations. In a separate question let me know of what food you like/dislike, as well what your final daily park plans are. Have a magical vacation!
Visit Walt Disney World Resort to explore the magic.
