First time to DW 4/6/11. We have 1 day, so will go to MK (kids 7 and 5). No EMH that day, which is good since we are off-prop. Do EMH days change once on calendar? Kids bdays are 4/8 and 4/10, is there anything special we can do at park on our day there?

    Hi Deborah,

There is always something special to do at the Walt Disney World Resorts especially for birthdays.

When you get to Magic Kingdom, head to Town Hall which is over to the left and get a Happy Birthday button. Your children can wear them around and see what the cast members come up with as a surprise. Also, if you eat at a table service restaurant, you can let the server know you are celebrating double birthdays. You may receive a card or cupcake with a Happy Birthday song thrown in.

As for Extra Magic Hours, they generally do not change. Sometimes the parks will close early for a special event which you may not know when the calendar was set.

I hope you have a magical vacation!
