It is my first time in Disneyworld, I have the quick service dining plan, I would be really grateful if you could tell me some tips/nice restaurants and ways best to use it...shall I use for breakfast and lunch and then pay for dinner? Thanks

    Hi Emma,

Hooray for first trips to the Walt Disney World Resorts! I love the magic of first trips and the excitement of seeing it all the first time. Of course, I still feel that excitement even after 30+ trips.

With the Quick Service Dining Plan, you are able to grab a meal at any of the counter service restaurants located throughout the four main parks as well as the two water parks and Downtown Disney. This makes it easy to grab a meal when you want and then quickly get back to your touring.

Since meals get more expensive at dinner time, I might use my two meals at lunch and dinner. I might also use my snack credit at breakfast. Also, take a look at your family. My family likes to eat a breakfast and dinner everyday. However, lunch varies. So for us, we would use our dining credits for breakfast and dinner and then the snack for lunch.

You can also be flexible with the meals per person. For example, if at one meal someone wants to use the snack option for lunch and someone the meal option, you can do that. The plan allows that flexibility.

As for restaurants, I love Tortuga Tavern and Columbia Harbour House in Magic Kingdom, Sunshine Seasons in Epcot, Pizzafari in Animal Kingdom and ABC Commissary in Disney's Hollywood Studios.

    Wishing you a magical vacation!
