As a first time Disney visitor, I am truly frustrated with the entire process with ticket admission purchase, park reservation and getting someone on the phone to assist for the last couple of days. What is the best way to contact someone to assist?

    Hey Lashonda! Welcome to planDisney!

Don't get discouraged! A first-time experience of heading to Walt Disney World Resort should be fun, though I know the planning process can be very overwhelming at times!  Between making reservations at a Disney Resorts Collection hotel, choosing your Theme Park Ticket type, remembering to make Theme Park Reservations AND deciding on small, but important matters, like where you want to snack and dine, there is just so much to think about!

If you want to leave your planning to the experts so you can just relax and enjoy your vacation you might want to look into using an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner to help you nail down the specifics and get your those hard-to-find dining reservations with your character pals.  Even the most experienced planners (like us, here at planDisney!) sometimes have to grab a last-minute reservation to dine at some of the most sought-after locations such as Cinderella's Royal Table.  Using an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner is a free service for you and these planners have been trained with materials created by Disney itself, so you know they have the knowledge to provide you with a most magical vacation experience.

If you're headed to the Resort in just a few days it's time to pack and get excited!  If you haven't yet purchased your Theme Park Tickets, click that link to get started! As of right now, the Theme Park Reservations calendar only shows availability for EPCOT on April 9th and 10th.  While EPCOT is my absolute favorite Park, you can always purchase a Park Hopper Option ticket so that you and your party are able to visit all four Theme Parks each day of your trip by switching (also know as hopping) from one Park to another anytime after 2 p.m.

I'm hoping some of this information helps you plan your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation but if you're still looking for assistance from a Walt Disney World Cast Member please feel free to call (407) 939-7679.  They should be able to help you in real-time right over the phone.

I hope you have a wonderful trip, and please come visit us again if you have any other planning questions!

As a child I excitedly helped to plan family trips, as a young adult I planned our "happily ever after" right on Disney property, and now I'm lucky enough to plan magical vacations for my three incredible children. When we're not taking in the enchanting experiences of the parks, we're home in Massachusetts, probably planning our next trip! Learn More About Ashley
