First time to Disney for me & my DS5at the end of October! Do you think there will be enough time to eat at Liberty Tree Tavern at 4:05pm, go back to All Star Movies and dress in halloween costumes and make it back to MK before MNSSHP starts at 7pm?

You might possibly be just barely able to do this, but then again you might not, and it sounds like a HUGE hassle to me.

Your Liberty Tree dinner will take approximately one hour -- putting you at 5:00. Then you have to walk from the restaurant, through the Magic Kingdom and out to the bus depot. This will take about 15 minutes -- putting you at 5:15. I generally allot 45 minutes or so to get from a park to a resort. This allows for travel time as well as for a possible wait for the bus. Your actual time could be slightly more or slightly less. Let's call this 6:00. Now you have to walk to your room, change, and walk back to the bus stop. This is at least half an hour -- putting you at 6:30. The you have get back to the Magic Kingdom. Again, this is 45 minutes give or take a little -- putting you at 7:15. So, you could almost do this, but you would have spent two hours of your vacation running around instead of relaxing or enjoying the attractions in the park.

If I were you, I would bring my costumes to the park with me. There are lockers near the front entrance to the park if you want to store them somewhere. Prices can change, but when I used a Magic Kingdom locker this summer, they cost $10 for the day, with a $5 rebate when you return your key. After your meal at the Liberty Tree, just go to the locker, retrieve your costume and change in a restroom in the park. There are companion bathrooms in park if you need a bit of extra space for a few moments. For the net $5 locker fee, you've bought yourself two hours of Magic Kingdom fun. That's well worth it in my opinion.
