We are first time dining plan users. Can we use our dining entitlements at the Mickey's Christmas Party? Also, we are staying at The Wilderness Villas. Can the fireworks from the Christmas Party be viewed from the resort like the Wishes fireworks show?

    Hi Kristen,

Thanks for Stoppin' By the Disney Parks Moms Panel. It's wonderful to have you.

Yes! Guests enjoying Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party at Magic Kingdom Park are free to use entitlements through the Disney Dining Plan. Of course, I wouldn't plan to use any Snack Credits because unlimited complimentary cookies, apple juice and hot cocoa are available throughout the event. Yum!

While not guaranteed, there is a possibility of an obstructed view of Holiday Wishes Nightime Spectacular from The Villas at Disney's Wilderness Lodge from the higher floors. You might also catch a better glimpse of the beauty from the Motor Launch dock. While you are there, plan to catch the lights and sounds of the the Electrical Water Pageant!

Still searching for a stunning view of Wishes Nighttime Spectacular from outside Magic Kingdom Park? Check out Ferrytale Wishes: A Fireworks Dessert Cruise. Enjoy this unforgettable voyage aboard Magic Kingdom ferry boats offering a delicious array of tasty treats and an out-of-this-world view of the iconic fireworks display. Capacity is limited and reservations are highly recommended. Call 407-939-3463 for your reservation.

Come back and visit us, Kristen. We are always here to help!

    Wishing you many magical memories,

    Sally
