Welcome aboard, Christi! This summer, you're in for the trip of a lifetime when you set sail to explore Alaska! This is such a unique itinerary, and it's also an incredibly educational one. Your whole family has so much to enjoy!
It is correct that guests who have sailed with Disney Cruise Line before get to begin their
online check-in earlier than
first time cruisers. As a first time Disney guest, you'll get to begin your online check-in 75 days prior to sailing. I believe what you're asking about and what you've been told about is the online area where you'll be able to book any fun extras like
Port Adventures,
Adult Exclusive Dining, some specialty
Character Experiences, and more. Those are all viewable on Disney Cruise Line's website, so take some time now to browse the exciting options so you're ready to book your favorites when your check-in begins online. I'm sure you'll find spaces still available for some of your must-do's. If there are any activities that are fully booked when you begin check-in online, keep checking back in the weeks leading up to your cruise, as guests change plans all the time and spaces become available.
Should you arrive at embarkation day and still be hoping to sign up for something that was full, swing by Guest Services or the Port Adventures Desk when you first board the ship to check on additional availability. Again, last minute cancelations occur, and sometimes there are extra spots available onboard!
I can't wait for you to experience the magic and wonder of an Alaskan cruise with Captain Mickey and his crew, Christi! Happy planning!
