First time bringing my family to Disney! We will be there Fri April 12 (afternoon) to Mon April 15. We have twin girls (who will be turning 9 on April 13 -Birthday at Disney!!) and I'm trying to decide how many days we need at Magic Kingdom?

Hello fellow twin mama and welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! My boys are four, and we are just starting to gain some independence from each other. While I do not wish these years away, I know you know how I feel when I say it is so much easier to travel with them now than a few years ago!

It sounds like you have a magical vacation planned, and I guarantee whether you do double duty in Magic Kingdom Park or a Park a day, you are going to have a fabulous time! Since this is their first visit to the ‘World, I would suggest a day in each Park. That way you can hit all of the fun attractions that Walt Disney World has for tweens.

I hope you are staying at a Disney Resort Hotel so that you can take advantage of all the Parks have to offer, including Extra Magic Hours which I think would be fantastic for you and the girls! Every day, Resort guests can either enter the Parks early or stay late. It’s the easiest way to get the most out of your visit! I checked the calendar, and Epcot, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and Disney’s Animal Kingdom Park all have Extra Magic Hours during your stay.

If you want to do something extra special during your stay, Disney Early Morning Magic - Fantasyland is on Sunday the 14th. This VIP event provides early access to seven iconic Fantasyland attractions (including Seven Dwarves Mine Train!) as well as a scrumptious breakfast. For a similar exclusive experience at night, enjoy Disney After Hours at Disney’s Hollywood Studios on the 13th. Ice cream and snacks await while you enjoy little-to-no wait times on Slinky Dog Dash, Rock’n’ Rollercoaster Starring Aerosmith and more!

Becky, I wish you double the fun!
