    First I want to say a big thank you to all the mom's & dad's that make this panel so incredible & informative. It truly is a great help. I am planning a trip for the grand opening of the enchanted forest, will there be any special activities on

    Hi Lisa!

    So many Walt Disney World enthusiasts, such as you and I, are eagerly awaiting the opening of New Fantasyland at Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom!  With Be Our Guest and Under the Sea:  The Journey of the Little Mermaid nearing completion, guests are clamoring to find out more about the Grand Opening on December 6th, and the events that will be happening on or around that time to usher in this new era.

    Unfortunately, no details (and I've looked!!!) have been released as of yet, so there is no way of knowing what events they may be planning.  My best suggestion to you is to keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog.  Here they will announce all the fun details of the New Fantasyland opening ceremonies, as well as new events happening all around the Disney parks!
