First of all, we are planning our first trip in Dec 09 for 12 days. Where can I find out info on the online ADR program and how it will work? Do I have to make reservations everyday or will I be able to make them all at one for the trip?

There is currently no place find out more about the new online reservation program for Disney World meals, tours, and recreation. The new system will not be up and running for several weeks. Once it is running, it is likely that there will be a period of testing and adjustments based on user feedback. None of the details about the timing or the system itself have been released to the public. We're all in a "wait and see" mode.

The good news for you is that all the kinks will likely be worked out by the time you are able to make reservations. Reservations may be made 180 days in advance, which means that you won't be able to make your reservations until sometime in June. My assumption is that you will be able to make all your meal reservations for your trip at once, but I really don't know for sure. I would check back with the disney website at disneyworld.com in February or March. All the details should be hammered out and publicized by then.

Another helpful thing you could do is subscribe to the weekly newsletter of the website allearsnet.com. They do a great job of keeping guests informed about any changes taking place at WDW. They will have the scoop when it happens.
