First night at Disney we have three kids 18,10 &8 looking at dinner we can choose Narcoossee or Chef Mickey, which do you recommend for first night in Orlando? Thanks for your help!

    Hello Katherine!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  We are so happy you stopped by with a question about my favorite Disney topic,  FOOD!

Both Narcoossee's  and Chef Mickey's are wonderful experiences ,but also very different experiences.   Narcoossee's is set on the waterfront and offers delicious coastal cuisine.  Narcoossee's is also a Signature Dining Experience, meaning it does require 2 Table Service credits per Guest on the Disney Dining Plan.   You can't go wrong with a meal here, but you may want to experience it later in your trip when you need some relaxing downtime as the ambiance is much more relaxed.

I can't think of a better way to start a vacation than with The Fab Five themselves.  Chef Mickey's is a buffet style meal that also offers character interaction.   When you first arrive at Disney everyone no matter how young or young at heart they are, still get excited.   Chef Mickey's will surely get you even more excited to experience all The Most Magical Place on Earth has to offer.  Yummy food, fun from the Cast Members and getting to hug Mickey himself; you can't beat this to kick off your vacation.

I hope this has helped, Katherine.  Please visit us again if we can be of additional assistance as you plan your unforgettable adventure.
