First of all, I love this panel! I have two daughters (ages 3 and 2) and a son (age 2) and am planning a trip in January. Which resort do you recommend? I'm considering the deluxe and villa resorts. Thanks!

Hey River!  Based on the ages of your children, I highly recommend choosing a resort on the Monorail System.  These resorts include GF, the Poly and the Contemporary.  From these resorts you are only a monorail ride away from MK, Epcot and the transportation center.  Buses also stop at all of these resorts to take you to AK and DHS.
I think you also would enjoy the flexibility of being able to quickly get back to your resort should one of the little ones need a nap or a quick wardrobe change.  Being on the monorail just makes this a much easier task.
And all of these three resorts are great!  The have spacious rooms, and we especially love the beach areas found at GF and the Poly.  If you go to www.disneyworld.com, you can view some great pictures of the rooms.  This might also help make your decision an easier one.
I hope this helps and that you have a wonderful WDW vacation.  If you have any more questions, please don't hesitate to come back to the Mom's Panel.
