    First family vacation to Disney World! Trying to pick some great ADR but stuck between Whispering Canyon Cafe or Ohana's for dinner. Our DDs (both 4) will be with us. Which would you recommend we choose and why? Love this panel....thanks!

    Hi Jennifer! How exciting to be planning your first family vacation to Walt Disney World! My family is at Disney now and we've eaten at both Whispering Canyon Cafe and 'Ohana this week. Between the two, I'd recommend 'Ohana.  While both restaurants are fun, I think your daughters would enjoy 'Ohana more. At 'Ohana, there are activities for children during the meal, such as limbo contests, or singing and dancing. While Whispering Canyon has some activities, such as stick-pony rides around the restaurant, I think 'Ohana offers more activities. The amount of fun you'll have at Whispering Canyon depends a lot on your server, and if you get one who's overwhelmed with tables like we did, you may find it's not as enjoyable a time as you'd hoped. Also, while the food at both restaurants is good, my family prefers the food at 'Ohana. (If your children are picky, 'Ohana also offers more standard kids' fare upon request.)
