Ahoy, David!
Welcome aboard, and congratulations on your inaugural voyage with Disney Cruise Line! I hope it will be the first of "MINNIE" sailings with Mickey! Since you've chosen a
Very Merrytime Cruise for your first time, you'll be experiencing a few extra doses of pixie dust while onboard the
Disney Dream. Holidays are always more magical when spent at sea!
David, I'm glad you sent in this question because I have some information to share with you about sailing with Disney Cruise during the holiday SEAson. Hanukkah services will be celebrated all eight nights onboard all four Disney vessels with a rabbi leading prayers, songs, and candle lighting each evening, so you'll be able to leave your Menorah at home. In the past, this has been held in Cabanas before the first dinner seating, but you'll want to check the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app once onboard for specific times and location.
Since you'll be celebrating Hanukkah at sea, David, it might be nice to commemorate it with some Disney-themed gifts. This yEAR's merchandise caught my eye when I was at the Walt Disney World Resort last week, especially the Mickey and Minnie Mouse Chanukah Fleece Throw. I was able to find some of the
items on Shop Disney and hope they will also be on the Disney Dream for your sailing.
Thank you for cruising by to SEA us, David! If you have any other last-minute questions, please let us know!
Have a DREAMy day!
Nancy
