First DW trip ever!!!! Some how I have been able to get dinner reservations for all but one that was recommended --OHANA of course! Any advice as to scoring that reservation would be totally appreciated! Party of 5..

Congratulations on your first Walt Disney World vacation, Shannon!  I am so excited for you!  I'm so sorry you have not been been able to find availability at 'Ohana located at Disney's Polynesian Resort. It is definitely my favorite restaurant at Walt Disney World! I can tell you from firsthand experience that this dining location books up very quickly as guests are able to begin booking Advanced Dining Reservations 180 days in advance. I highly recommend that you keep trying back frequently to see if an opening becomes available. If you have some flexibility with your schedule and can find 'Ohana on a different night than you had originally planned to dine there, then I would grab that time and then adjust your itinerary a bit. On two occasions, I have needed to secure a late Advanced Dining Reservation due to availability and decided to enjoy a late lunch to hold us over. Don't give up on trying to find availability as guests will cancel just days prior to avoid the cancellation fee. I have been unsuccessful initially when booking a last minute trip and then after continuously trying, I found availability. I hope this helps!  Sending pixie-dusted wishes your way that you are able to book an Advanced Dining Reservation for the amazing 'Ohana. I hope you have a magical first trip, Shannon!
    Happy Planning,
