This is our first Disney Cruise (our girls are 6 & 5) & we're headed on the Magic Feb 2014 (4 night Bahamas). I heard there are dress up nights aboard the ship where I would find this information? Also, is there a princess tea available for additio

    Ahoy Trisha!
Congratulations on your first Disney Cruise on the Disney Magic!  I'm sure you can't wait to see what Disney has to offer on the high seas especially since the Disney Magic has undergone some exciting changes recently!
On your four night sailing, you can expect one dress-up night, one pirate themed night (or cruise casual) and two cruise casual nights.  If your girls love the Disney princesses, you should consider bringing along or purchasing princess dresses for them to wear for the dress up evening.  My daughter is a bit older now, but she loved dressing up like her favorite Disney princess on our past cruises!  You will find a wonderful selection of princess attire and dazzling accessories in the shops onboard.
Currently, there is not a princess tea on the Disney Magic on the four-night sailings.  One event you don't want to miss is the Princess Gathering that takes place in the Grand Lobby Atrium.  This is a very popular with all the young girls aboard so be sure to arrive early.  It is usually held twice so check your Personal Navigator, the daily cruise newsletter for the details and don't forget your camera, pen and autograph books!
Thank you for visiting the Moms Panel with your question, Trisha!  If I can assist you further, please let me know!
    Have a magical day!
