We will be going on our first Disney cruise in 2/2020. We will be on the Fantasy. I have so many questions, do we have to select our dining when it come time? Also, are all the meals included in the price?

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel Tammy!

I am SO excited you have decided to set sail with Disney Cruise Line!  My family was hooked on cruising after our first on the Disney Magic.  Every time we hear our name announced when we board the ship I still get goosebumps thinking about the magic of that first afternoon onboard.

The Disney Fantasy has some great amenities, including amazing dining options!  One of the things that I believe sets Disney Cruise Line apart is Rotational Dining.  You can select the early or late dining (based on availability) when you complete your Online Check-In.  Then, each evening you dine in one of three main dining rooms (these are included in your cruise fare).  The venue may change, but your service team stays the same!  It adds an incredible level of service as your servers learn your favorites, know your needs and above all make a magical experience for you throughout your cruise!

Breakfast and lunch is also included in your cruise fare; meals are served at Cabana's and one of the main dining rooms each day.  You can also order room service at no charge (but be sure to tip your server for great service as prepaid gratuities do not extend to room service).  There are additional charges for the adult-only dining rooms Palo and Remy.  These small, intimate restaurants are incredible dining experiences for guests eighteen years of age or older (reservations are required).

This is just the start of the fun instore as you get ready for your first cruise.  Sit back, grab your homemade Dole Whip and relax - you are going on a Disney Cruise!  The Disney Parks Moms Panel is here to help, reach out to us with any more questions you have along the way.

We are looking forward to helping you plan your high seas adventure! Angie
