We are going on our first Disney Cruise Fantasy and I’m a little worried about the pool size (claustrophobic). Are all cruise ship pools this small? We are concierge so maybe we can swap turns going in the adult pool , if there is one on the ship. Thanks

Welcome aboard the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Melanie!

I am beyond excited to hEAR you will be sailing with Captain Mickey for the very first time!  You must be jumping out of your EARs and thrilled to be planning your Very Merrytime adventure.  Just thinking about all of the magic waiting for you during your cruise is making me giddy!

On the Disney Fantasy, both Mickey's Pool and Donald's Pool are great places for the family to swim together.  During days at sea, they can become crowded, so my family prefers to get to the pool very early in the morning on these days, or else swim while the ship is in port.

With the great youth spaces onboard, you may not even need to swap turns going to the adult exclusive spaces!  My pirates-in-training love spending time and participating in youth club activities.  When they are off enjoying time with the youth counselors, my husband and I like to sneak away to the adults exclusive Quiet Cove Pool.  Another hidden gem for the 18+ crowd to cool off onboard is Satellite Falls.  I find this space to be even more quiet than Quiet Cove Pool.

As a concierge level cruiser myself, I like to sneak away to the concierge sundeck on the Disney Fantasy for some real peace and quiet.  There is also a jacuzzi on this sundeck reserved for concierge guests.  Bring a drink from the concierge lounge up to the sundeck and enjoy a little "me time!"  You will not find this part of the ship claustrophobic at all.

Enjoy discovering your own space onboard!  Cruise back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel if you have any additional questions about your upcoming getaway.

    "Sea" ya real soon!  Angie
