Ahoy Melba!
I'm so glad you navigated your way to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Here are some of my best tips for
first time cruisers.
1. Your stateroom door is magnetic, and all the doors look the same. Many of your fellow cruisers will decorate their doors, which is totally cool. It's hard for people of all ages to remember the stateroom number. If you bring something that will stick to the door to help identify it, you will be grateful! .
2. You can’t do everything on the ship, and it’s ok.
Choose the activities and shows that you really want to attend, and skip the things that you are on the fence about.
3. Room Service is included in the price of your cruise, and it’s awesome.
Be sure to order warm milk and cookies one night before bed.4. Your servers are amazing, and know EVERYTHING!
Ask for, and listen to their advice.
5. Be sure to book your second one while you are onboard to enjoy a 10% savings plus a stateroom credit on your next cruise!
You can always cancel if you change your mind, but you can only benefit from the discount while you are onboard the ship.
As far as excursions go, perhaps try the
Island Tour in Grand Cayman and the
Playa Mia Beach Break in Cozumel. These are both appropriate for all ages.
I hope you have a MAGICal family cruise!
Happy Cruising! Tracy V,
